They defeated teams like Westwood (22-2), Marquette (16-8) and Escanaba (13-8). The Maroons posted their impressive record thanks to a core of junior girls that will return next year.

St. Ignace

St. Ignace posted a 22-2 record prior to the cancelation of the season. The Saints were in the regional final against Engadine.

Their impressive record was achieved while dealing with injuries throughout the season. Because of this, the Saints had to battle bigger and stronger competition every game as all of their post players were sidelined.

Dorene Ingalls

St. Ignace

Dorene Ingalls coached the Saints to a 22-2 record and a spot in the regional final against Engadine when the season was canceled.
