1-18: Division 4 girls roundups: Carney-Nadeau, Munising, Brimley record wins

C ARNEY — The Carney-Nadeau Wolves got another monster scoring night from Layla Blahnik-Thoune as they dominated visiting Mid-Pen, 72-33 on Friday.

Blahnik-Thoune scored 31 points, including 14 in the first quarter to help C-N build a 20-10 advantage. The lead would only grow from there.

Tessa Wagner added 14 points, and Maelynn Debaker finished with 11.

C-N (7-2) hits the road to take on North Central on Monday.
Mid-Pen (5-4) hosts Superior Central on the same day.
